Descrizione
The house is situated in Dubrovnik suburbs in Rozat. It is 6km from the center of Dubrovnik, 1.5 km from ACI Marina. The property itself has 550m2 with possibility of four parking spaces. The house has two floors with all together 220m2. The ground floor consists of lobby, bedroom (3.6x4), bedroom (3.6x3), living room ( 9x4), kitchen ( 2.7x3), bathroom (2.6x2), toilette ( 2.10x1.10). First floor consists of: bedroom (3.6 x 3), bedroom (3.6 x 3), toilette (2.8 x2) with Jacuzzi , living room ( 9 x 4), gym (2.7 x 3), play room (2.7 x 4). Front side of the house has a balcony (7 x 1.5), and on the ground floor there is a terrace ( 70m2) with dining table for eight people and a lounge area. On the lower part of the terrace there is a swimming pool ( 8.5 x 3.7) with sun deck and another smaller lounge area. The pool is surrounded by the wall fence in privately purposes.
