Villa Lindraze is situated on the island of Krk, in a small picturesque village called Gostinjac.It is 4,5km away from the sea and the place of Silo.The house is 13km away from the Krk Bridge, 10km from the Rijeka Airport, 12km from Malinska and 13km from the town of Krk.Only 1km away is a little place called Dobrinj which overflow with historical sights and wide gastronomic offer.

400m away from the house there is a grocery shop, a coffee shop, a restaurant and a Roman Catholic Church.

The house is situated on a secluded place as the last house in the village and abounds in peace and tranquillity you can fully experience on the terrace by the barbecue or on the terrace of the swimming pool. The oval pool is approximately 7,5x4m. It has a counter-current system for those who love action.


During the afternoon brake or in the evening you can play bowls on a lit bowling court. If you want, you can rent a bike, too.

Villa Lindraze dates from 1856 and has been completely renovated. It is made of three duplex stone houses and offers an ideal possibility of staying to two families up to 12 members who can afford personal comfort and intimacy on one side and also party together by the swimming pool or the barbecue when they want.

Next to the house there are marked branches of paths and bicycle routes of the island of Krk which connects you with the whole island.

The house is an ideal choice for those who love an appreciate peace, tranquillity, nature and a undisturbed sleep behind the thick stone walls.


Villa Lindraze consists of three separate buildings which are joined into a meaningful whole intersected by the terraces, the bowling court, the children’s playground, the olive-grove, the swimming pool, the sun deck and the arbores.

Each house consists of the living room, the kitchen with the dining room, the bathroom and two bedrooms. They are equipped with SAT/TV, refrigerators, electric stoves and ovens, dishwashers, fireplace hoods, microwave ovens, all necessary cutleries and appliances as blenders, coffee machines, toasters and etc.

If there is need, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you inform us in advance
