Description
Villa Lucia with swimming pool is a cosy 2-storey house renovated in 2004. It is located in the resort on a side street, 100 m from the centre of Selca, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea and a pebble beach.
The grounds of 2,000 m2 is fenced with a well-kept garden with plants and flowers, round swimming pool, 2 terraces and an outside shower.
The house (170 m2) has a south facing position, comfortable and nice furnishings.
On the ground floor there is a large sitting / dining room (35 m2) with SAT TV, stereo unit and air-conditioning, a dining room with open fireplace and separate WC, 2 double bedrooms (beds of 160 cm, length 190 cm), 1 twin bedroom, a kitchen with dining corner and a bathroom (shower/ bidet/ WC / jacuzzi).
The outdoor steps bring you to the upper floor with 1 double bedroom (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a bathroom (shower/WC).
